Message	the same problem. It seems about every 30th shift into 5th and I get a little grind. This even happened with my 1st Z32 even when it was new. I have not experienced the 4th gear grind usually associated with bad syncro's. Shift slower into 5th, there is no need to speed shift into 5th--at least not for me.
